Considering a house as not just a shelter but a home which provides a quality environment for living, breathing and growing with physical and psychological wellbeing -is not a new idea. However, the increasing imbalance between aspiration and affordability poses certain constrains which usually makes it difficult to execute the idea in the challenging sector of architecture in Bangladesh – notably in Dhaka.

This project tries to acknowledge those issues and to provide a solution for a client who is aware of the past, present and future and carries logical concerns about the complexities of the days to come – when the biggest luxury would not be economic rather the intangible value of healthy life
